General Labourer

Job Description NRL are currently recruiting CSCS Labourers for a major Gigafactory project in Sunderland (SR5 3FH).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy construction site and secure immediate work with a well-established contractor.

Duties Will Include:

• General labouring duties
• Fetching and carrying materials
• Assisting trades on site
• Keeping work areas clean and tidy
• Supporting site operations as required

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 9.5 hours per day
• Friday: 6 hours per day

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card (Essential)
• Previous labouring experience preferred
• Good attitude and reliable work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

PAYE-

Basic (Monday- Friday) 1st 37.5 hours-
working rate -13.45
plus holiday credit -1.89

Overtime 1 (Dayshift Midweek overtime & Saturday 1st 6 hours)-
working rate -20.18
plus holiday credit -2.44
total payable -22.61
Overtime 2 (Dayshift Saturday after 6 hours & Sunday)
working -26.90
plus holiday credit -3.25
total payable -30.15

UMBERELLA

Basic (Monday- Friday) 1st 37.5 hours - -18.10
Overtime 1 (Dayshift Midweek overtime & Saturday 1st 6 hours) - -26.68
Overtime 2 (Dayshift Saturday after 6 hours & Sunday) -35.57
