Shifts: 7:30AM - 4:30PM Monday to Friday
We are currently recruiting for a General Labourer to join a busy and expanding manufacturing site in Ellesmere. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking stable, long-term employment in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

The General Labourer Role -

• Assisting with the production of concrete products
• Preparing moulds and pouring concrete, ensuring correct curing procedures are followed
• Helping with the removal and finishing of concrete items
• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Handling and moving materials and products manually or with equipment
• Recording basic production data and completing simple paperwork

The Ideal Candidate -

• Previous experience in general labour, manufacturing, or construction is beneficial
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Able to follow instructions and meet production targets
• Works well in a team and independently
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-aware
