Job Description General Labourer (Fire Safety Installations) Job Title: General LabourerLocation: NorwichJob Type: Full-Time Salary: £13.50 p/hAbout the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our growing team, supporting the installation of fire safety equipment and signage across a range of commercial, industrial, and residential sites.This is a hands-on role requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely as part of a team. Previous construction or installation experience is beneficial, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities Assist with the installation of fire safety equipment and safety signage.Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to work areas.Prepare work sites and maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment.Support installers with measuring, positioning, and fitting equipment.Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.Follow site-specific health and safety procedures at all times.Work effectively as part of a team while also being able to complete tasks independently.Travel to various customer sites as required.Carry out other general labouring duties as directed by the Site Supervisor.
