We are currently looking for a General Hand to join our growing Facilities Team at an Alcester based Manufacturer.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine cleaning of offices, toilets, canteen, workshop, and communal areas.Refill toiletries and cleaning supplies as needed.Monitor and manage stock levels for cleaning materials.Follow COSHH guidelines when handling cleaning products.Complete minor repairs (e.g. unclogging sinks, replacing toilet seats).Conduct regular inspections and carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).Assist with cleaning and maintenance of plant machinery.Carry out general repair tasks including painting, basic plumbing, joinery, and furniture assembly.Undertake grounds maintenance (e.g. mowing, trimming, litter collection).Transport tools and equipment using company vehicles (driving licence required).To be successful you must demonstrate;Strong organisational and housekeeping skills.Understanding of COSHH regulations and safe working practices.Basic maintenance experience across a range of tasks.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends if required.Familiarity with health and safety and RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements).This is a permanent opportunity, working on day shifts ..... full job details .....
