Role Overview
We are looking for a dependable and proactive General Hand to support day-to-day operations in a busy manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is eager to learn, and thrives in a team setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly and preparation of industrial components.
- Support machine operators and engineers with workshop tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Perform basic quality checks under supervision.
- Package and prepare products for dispatch.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a workshop or manufacturing setting is beneficial but not essential.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of tools and mechanical processes.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
Working Hours & Pay
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Pay Rate: -12.50 - -13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
