General Foreman

Our Client is recruiting for an experienced Foreman / General Foreman to join the HS2 project in Aylesbury and Brackley. This is an excellent opportunity to work on one of the UK''s largest and most prestigious civil engineering schemes,

Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising direct labour and subcontractors on site.
• Organising works, logistics and resources to achieve programme milestones.
• Ensuring all activities are carried out in line with health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Delivering daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inductions.
• Supporting site management with planning and progress reporting.
• Promoting a positive safety culture across the project.
• Maintaining excellent communication between site teams and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Foreman or General Foreman on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in Structures and RC
• Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor or specialist sub contractor
• CSCS required.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to drive programme delivery whilst maintaining the highest safety standards.
