GENERAL FOREMAN (Brackley & Aylesbury)

About the Role

Smart4EPC is recruiting an experienced General Foreman to lead on major concrete and structures works across delivery in Brackley and Aylesbury. You''ll manage site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality work across a Tier 1 delivery programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site teams on concrete and structures activities
• Plan and coordinate daily site works and resource deployment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, method statements, and quality requirements
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and subcontractors
• Monitor programme delivery and site productivity
• Manage health, safety and environmental compliance on site

About You

• Proven experience as a Foreman/General Foreman on major infrastructure or civils projects
• Solid background in concrete and structures work
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
• CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

HS2 experience is desirable but not essential, we''re looking for someone with the right infrastructure credentials and site management experience.
