General Foreman/ Senior General Foreman

We are looking to strengthen our Construction team with a General Foreman Site based at Morestead Road- on either a freelance or permanent basis.You will report directly to the Regional construction Manager and your role will support the Site Manager to coordinate the safe management of a section of work on major projects or control all site activities on a smaller project ensuring HSQE, programme and budget requirements are set. Key responsibilities will include: In conjunction with the Site Manager, co-ordinate and control initial site set-up, actively installing framework systems and proceduresRigorously apply and enforce methods and controls to ensure the most effective and continuous use of the frameworks resources.In conjunction with the Site Manager, appraise the security risk to all property under your control and install security levels commensurate to the relative values.Actively support the Site Manager to maintain and enforce safety standards as required by statute and in accordance with our safety policiesWork to method statements and risk assessments.Ensure compliance to all HSandE policies and procedures About The Candidate: ONC or HNC in a construction disciplineSMSTS/SSSTSFirst AidPreferably confine space trainedExperience within the water treatment industry (Non-Infrastructure)NVQ level 4 (Gold Card)Desired:Temporary works supervisor Packages include A competitive salary (Up to £61,000 per annum or £400 p/d ONLY Inside IR35 PAYE)Hybrid Working(Jobs needs ..... full job details .....
