General Foreman- Responsibilities Supervise day to day structures and drainage activities. Manage site teams, subcontractors and plant operators. Coordinate labour, plant and materials. Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification. Monitor quality and progress of works. Carry out site inspections and toolbox talks. Liaise with Site Management and Engineers to ensure smooth delivery. General Foreman-Requirements Previous General Foreman experience within civil engineering. Strong background in structures and drainage. Gold CSCS card. SMSTS or SSSTS. First Aid qualification. Strong leadership and communication skills.
