General Foreman Key Responsibilities Oversee daily drainage and structures works. Manage site teams, subcontractors and plant. Coordinate labour, plant and materials. Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification. Monitor quality and progress. Liaise with Site Management and Engineers. General Foreman Requirements Previous General Foreman experience in civil engineering. Strong drainage and structures experience. Gold CSCS Card. SMSTS/SSSTS. First Aid.
