The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site activities and coordinate site teams. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements. Manage subcontractors and direct labour resources. Assist with planning and programming of works. Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and inspections. Liaise with engineers, site management, and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved. Monitor productivity and maintain accurate site records. Requirements: Proven experience as a General Foreman on civil engineering or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, utilities, roads, or associated civil engineering activities. Valid SMSTS or SSSTS qualification. CSCS card. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
