Job Title: General Foreman Location: Peterhead (AB42) Contract Dates: ASAP - 18/12/2026, could be extended further Pay rate: £23 per hour (umbrella inside IR35) Working hours: 7-7 Mon to Fri, 7-1 Sat Role Overview In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force on the ground, providing expert supervision of the works and maintaining tight control over a diverse team comprising foremen, gangers, and direct labour, alongside overseeing subcontractor operations. Key Responsibilities Embody a relentless focus on a zero-incident culture. You will input into Work Package Plans and Risk Assessments, deliver engaging toolbox talks, conduct Safety and Environment Tours, and ensure all plant and tools are maintained and safe for use.
