You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all site activities, coordinating labour, plant, and materials to ensure the reinforced concrete structures are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality.You will be the bridge between the engineering team and the site gangs, turning structural drawings into a high-cadence production reality.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Leadership: Manage and motivate multi-disciplinary gangs (Steelfixers, Carpenters, and Concretors) to meet daily production targets.Concrete Execution: Supervise the delivery of major RC elements-from deep foundations and pile caps to the casting of viaduct piers and decks.Plant and Logistics: Coordinate all on-site plant movements, including concrete pumps, cranes, and delivery vehicles, ensuring minimal downtime.Safety First: Lead daily briefings and Tool Box Talks.
