      <description>Location: London | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Contract | Randstad are recruiting for Freelance Civils General Foreman to work on a station redevelopment in east London   The successful candidate  must have Rail  experience.   OUTSIDE IR35, paid LTD or CIS    Working hours will be days, from 08.00am-16.30 Monday-Friday     Duties will include:   Overseeing Civils subcontractor management   Planning, forecasting and delivering work  Developing programmes, Risk assessments, Quality assurance.   Essential:   Civils experience in a rail environment   SMSTS   NVQ level 3            Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
