The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing streetworks and civils activities, ideally on TfL projects , and be confident managing site teams, safety compliance, and daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise dedicated work areas and site gangs. Deliver daily briefings, Permit to Dig processes, and maintain HAVS records. Ensure health & safety compliance across all works. Coordinate and oversee traffic management activities. Monitor progress and proactively resolve site issues. Requirements: Previous experience in a General Foreman role on civils/streetworks projects. TfL project experience desirable. SSSTS certified. HSG47 (Safe Digging) trained. NRSWA (New Roads & Street Works) trained. CAT & Genny trained.
