These opportunities are available on a freelance basis and offer the chance to work on a variety of civils projects including power, infrastructure, and earthworks. Responsibilities Day-to-day supervision of site operations and workforce Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme Monitoring quality standards and compliance requirements Work closely with with Site Agents, Project Managers and Engineers Conducting site briefings, inspections and toolbox talks Managing plant, materials and site logistics Promoting a positive health and safety culture on site Requirements Previous experience working as a General Foreman within civil engineering projects Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and site procedures Experience managing subcontractors and site teams SSSTS or SMSTS preferred CSCS Card First Aid certification advant...
