General Foreman

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Consultant General Foreman to oversee minor civils works, including concrete wall repairs (approx. 40m in length).
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring excellent organisational, problem-solving, and safety management skills to ensure the works are delivered on time, to specification, and in compliance with all health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

·Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and workforce activities.
·Manage the safe and efficient delivery of concrete wall repairs
·Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain progress and quality.
·Ensure full compliance with RAMS, permits, and H&S regulations.
·Monitor resources, plant, and materials on site.
·Maintain daily site records and provide progress updates.
