General Foreman

My client are a leading civil engineering contractor within the heavy civils sector. They are looking to onboard a general foreman to help deliver a new project starting in Lancaster. The scope of works you will be overseeing will include deep drainage, excavations, ducting and reinforced concrete works.-

General foreman responsibilities:-

• Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.-
• Managing and allocating plant, labour and materials.
• Detailed record keeping.-
• Tool box talks.
• Managing health and safety.-
• RAMS.
• Liaising with the client and subcontractors on site.-

General foreman requirements:-

• Right to work in the UK.
• NVQ level 3 or equivalent.-
• CSCS card.
• SSSTS/ SMSTS.-
• First aid.-
• HSG47 - Desirable.-
• Full UK driving licence.-
