Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons covering mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering fundamentals.    Act as a Personal Tutor, offering academic guidance, pastoral support, and tracking overall student achievement.    Support wider college initiatives, including employer engagement, student placements, and open recruitment events.    Contribute to course design, quality assurance reviews, and the development of schemes of work.
