The Role

As a General Cover Teacher or Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Support students in completing set work
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Uphold the school''s high standards and expectations

About You

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Passionate about supporting young people''s education
• Confident managing a classroom environment
• Adaptable, reliable, and professional
• Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to engage and motivate students

For General Cover Teacher positions, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable. Applications are also welcomed from experienced Cover Supervisors, graduates considering a career in teaching, and individuals with relevant classroom experience.
