We are working with a fantastic Independent School catering provider who are searching for a new Head of Catering for this amazing school in the heart of Dorset.
About the role:
As the Catering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all catering,hospitality and all internal/external Events The role is largely Monday andndash; Friday but some weekends over the year will be required. The role requires someone with experience in the independent school or Bandamp;I market.
The Catering Managerandnbsp; will be responsible for the oversite and development of a team both front and back of House, whilst working with some of the best in the business.
Ideal Experience:
- Experience in Contract Catering ideally in independent schools or Bandamp;I.
- Experience in recruiting, training and mentoring staff to create a motivated and high-performing team
- Financial understanding and Pandamp;L management along with experience in writing budgets
- A strategist with big ideas, to drive the business forward
- A passionate foodie!
