There is a temporary role paying 12.71 per hour and comes with holiday pay, free parking and pension. About The General Assistant role:Working in the social/kitchen area, you will be providing excellent customer service to staff onsite to provide refreshments. Duties will include: Arranging and providing refreshments for all booked and ad hoc meetingsTidying and organising meeting rooms after meetingsCo-ordinating with external catering companiesEnsuring sufficient stock is available at all vending machine stationsEnsuring the kitchen has sufficient supplies, and placing regular orders as neededPreparation of lunch for a couple of directors on a daily basisMaintaining a clean and tidy working environmentLiaising with external caterersCo-ordinating the stock maintenance and taking contactless payment for the sale of snacks in the kitchen areaAssisting with organising buffet lunches as and when required for special eventsWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: Previous experience in a similar customer care role, possibly in retail or catering such as a barista or food retail settingAs well as the above experience, some office based ..... full job details .....
