General Adult Consultant – PICUFull time – 37.5 hours per weekBeds – 10 bed female PICU ward (Littlemore Ward)Support – full time SpD cover (first on call)On calls – 2nd on call basis, currently 1:6Salary – £185,000.00Located between Nottingham and Mansfield is a 28-bedded specialist acute and psychiatric intensive care service for female patients.Offering individualised care packages for patients and specialising in managing behaviours that lead to distress, which is supported by a strong team of psychologists and occupational therapists. The multidisciplinary team specialises in positive behavioural support planning, to help patients in managing and developing new strategies to improve their distress and trauma.10-bedded psychiatric intensive care unit for females of working age.
