Ensuring that charges are identified and charged correctly Working with the reporting team to ensure service calls are closed correctly. Maintaining the data quality in the reporting systems to ensure scheduled and ad-hoc reports are available. Ensuring administrative tasks are completed on a monthly basis. Working with the Manager to ensure Salesforce service data integrity and quality is maintained. Working with the service team to design and implement new reporting requirements.
