General Administrator Pertemps have an excellent opportunity to work as a General Administrator within their expanding Customer service team for a large distribution centre based off Rayneways in Derby Working Hours / Shift Pattern+ Monday to Friday+ 8 hours shift betwqeen 6am-5pm + 37.5 hours per week 1 hour lunch break+ Start dates asap The successful General Administrator Must Have - + Previous experience in a fast pacedcustomer service Operation.+ Be comfortable with Microsoft Excel+ Strong communicator on email, phone and in person Your duties as a General Administrator will include:+ Answwring telephone calls from Customers and directing them to the right department.+ Escalate critical operational issues and and implement recovery plans.+ Work collaboratively with other admin and Customs team.
