We are seeking a technically versatile GenAI Solutions Engineer Lead to join our department. You will help set the technical direction, lead by example, and embed cutting-edge GenAI practices into our software delivery. This role requires deep expertise in software engineering and GenAI, with the ability to embed these practices into teams and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture. You will demonstrate a deep understanding of user needs and contribute to the product vision by translating GenAI research into scalable, production-grade solutions, bridging experimentation and enterprise deployment. Our tech stack includes Python, Go, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, Mongo, and GenAI features requiring adaptability and a willingness to learn.Responsibilities

Lead applied GenAI research, focusing on prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic workflowsArchitect and deliver end-to-end LLM solutions—from experimentation to productionDesign evaluation frameworks to benchmark LLM performance, safety, and behaviorBuild integration layers connecting LLMs to APIs, middleware, and enterprise systemsCollaborate across teams to drive the adoption of modern engineering practices and GenAI toolingCharacteristics

Able to identify and solve problems effectivelyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsA self-starter with the ability to work effectively in teams and remotelyPragmatic with a creative approach to managing riskGrowth mindset and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentShows enthusiasm and builds trust through empathyExperience

Proven experience as an Engineering Lead, Software Engineering Manager, or similar roleStrong expertise in multiple programming languages (preferably Python, Go, and TypeScript), frameworks, and toolsExperience deploying LLM systems to production and understanding evaluation, guardrails, and monitoringProven experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, container-based microservices, distributed logs, SQL and NoSQL databases, and DevSecOpsExperience working in a product-focused team as opposed to a project-focused team is beneficialWhat we’ll provide
