GenAI Platform Lead

This is a hybrid role based in Sheffield, UK In this role, you will: Define and deliver the GenAI Agent platform end-to-end, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders from discovery through production rollout for priority banking services Architect core platform capabilities using agent orchestration (supervisors/super agents), workflows, tool/function integration, memory/state management, skill registry, and reusable patterns Drive adoption at scale by referencing implementations, onboarding pathways, developer enablement (APIs/SDKs, templates, documentation) and governance for safe repeatable delivery Own performance management. This includes success metrics/SLOs, observability (logs/metrics/traces), evaluations, and continuous tuning for reliability, accuracy, latency, and cost Run delivery governance and execution by managing scope, risks, dependencies, milestones, removing blockers, and advising senior leadership with clear trade-offs (value/risk/cost) To be successful in this role you should have the following skills: Strong software engineering background with hands-on coding in Python with Java or Golang Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP with the ability to deploy and operate production services (Docker/Kubernetes preferred) Strong experience in building and shipping LLM/GenAI apps, agentic workflows, multi-agent patterns, tool/function calling, RAG, search, vector ..... full job details .....
