The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing and finishing high-precision gears, worms, and threaded components using a range of specialist CNC and manual grinding and gear cutting machines. The role requires a strong understanding of engineering drawings, precision measurement, and maintaining high quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate Gleason P60 and Gleason P90 gear cutting machines. Set up and operate Doimak Thread and Worm Grinders . Operate Matrix Thread Grinders to produce precision threaded components. Use a variety of conventional / manual machine tools as required. Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Produce gears, worms, and threaded components to tight tolerances. Select and dress grinding wheels where required.
