Are you an experienced machinist with grinding skills, looking for a varied and rewarding role? You will primarily set and operate both cylindrical and surface grinders, while also supporting gear cutting operations, including hobbing and shaping a variety of gear forms.

Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Manufacturing Manager / Supervisor to agree work priorities
- Set and operate cylindrical and surface grinders to engineering specifications
- Support gear cutting operations, including hobbing and shaping gears
- Manufacture components to meet inspection schedules and quality standards
- Complete all relevant documentation accurately and in line with business processes
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar precision engineering or grinding environment
- Strong production and quality focus
- Willingness to learn new skills, particularly gear cutting
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
- Ability to follow technical instructions and maintain attention to detail
Working Hours:
- 8.00am to 5.00pm – Monday to Thursday
- 8.00am to 2.00pm – Friday’s
