GCSE tutor with SEN experience

The Role:

• Deliver 1:1 GCSE tuition in core subjects (English, Maths, Science, or Humanities)

• Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs, including EHCP targets where applicable

• Support students with a range of needs such as ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, SEMH, and other learning differences

• Build positive, consistent relationships to promote confidence and engagement

• Track and report on student progress

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience tutoring or teaching the GCSE curriculum

• Proven experience supporting students with SEN

• Strong understanding of differentiation and inclusive teaching strategies

• Calm, patient, and adaptable approach

• QTS desirable but not essential

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
