ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting experienced and compassionate GCSE English and GCSE Maths Tutors with a strong background in SEN (Special Educational Needs) to deliver tailored 1:1 educational support to young people who are not currently attending school across Buckinghamshire.This is an exciting opportunity for qualified teachers or experienced tutors who want to make a meaningful impact by providing highly personalised learning outside of the traditional classroom environment. Many of the learners you will support may have complex needs, such as autism, ADHD, anxiety, or learning difficulties, and have often been out of formal education for some time.Your role will be to reignite their passion for learning, rebuild confidence, and help close educational gaps through structured, engaging, and compassionate teaching. You will also play a key role in providing consistency, routine, and a positive adult presence in their lives.Prospero Teaching offers ongoing support, progress tracking, and regular communication to ensure every tutor is empowered to help students succeed.
