Are you an enthusiastic GCSE Maths Teacher or Tutor looking for flexible work? Prospero Teaching are recruiting for a 1:1 Maths Tutor to support a learner in Sefton.

The successful candidate will be able to identify areas for development, explain concepts clearly and tailor sessions to the learner''s current ability and goals.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver focused 1:1 GCSE Maths tuition
Identify and address gaps in knowledge
Prepare engaging and appropriately challenging lessons
Adapt explanations and resources to the learner
Encourage confidence and participation
Record and communicate learner progress

Requirements
Strong GCSE Maths subject knowledge
Previous teaching or tutoring experience
Experience providing 1:1 tuition desirable
Excellent communication skills
Flexible and learner-focused approach
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
Right to Work in the UK
Two professional child-related references
