About the Role You will deliver engaging and accessible GCSE English lessons to learners across a range of abilities, supporting both resit and progression cohorts. The role requires strong classroom management, a student-centred approach, and the ability to adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs within Further Education. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative English department focused on improving outcomes, sharing best practice, and driving continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
