Key ResponsibilitiesManage the RFQ (Request for Quotation) process, engaging suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and termsPlace and manage Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring timely execution and deliveryMonitor supplier performance and ensure on-time delivery of goods and servicesSupport contract negotiation and renewal activitiesMaintain strong supplier relationships, gathering market intelligence and assessing riskEnsure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and KPIsIdentify process inefficiencies and recommend improvementsSupport data collection, analysis, and reporting for procurement activitiesManage communication with internal stakeholders regarding procurement requirements and status updatesHandle supplier invoicing processes ..... full job details .....
