Job Description:
Search Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Gateman / Traffic Marshall to work on a busy construction site in Edinburgh. This is a key role ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and personnel on site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing site access and egress for all vehicles and deliveries
* Directing traffic safely around the construction site
* Ensuring all visitors sign in and adhere to site safety procedures
* Maintaining security of the site entrance
* Communicating effectively with site management and delivery drivers
* Upholding health and safety standards at all times
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS card (essential)
* Previous experience working as a Gateman or Traffic Marshall on construction sites
* Good communication skills
* Strong awareness of health and safety regulations
* Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude
