CDP roles are well covered on our books at the moment - it''s specifically Sous level our clients need filling. Good, honest gastropub food rather than tasting-menu territory, so we''re after someone strong on fundamentals who can run a tight pass and hold the kitchen together when the head chef''s not around. Multiple venues means we can match you to whichever setup, hours and team suit you best rather than locking you into one option. Own transport is essential - clients are spread across the area and some sites aren''t well served for early starts or late finishes.
