Perform day-to-day gas repairs and maintenanceConduct fault-finding and diagnosticsComplete annual servicing visitsMeet first-time fix targetsMaintain high standards of safety and workmanshipEnsure a customer-first approach in all interactionsAttend scheduled jobs punctually and communicate any delays to the contact centre and customerWhat We’re Looking For

Valid ACS qualifications and other relevant gas certificationsFull UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points)Experience in the social housing sector (but not essential)Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledgeExcellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitudeAbility to work with a diverse customer baseWhat We Offer
