Key Responsibilities

• Conduct annual gas safety inspections and complete LGSRs for domestic properties.
• Service gas appliances, including boilers, cookers, and fires, ensuring they are operating efficiently and safely.
• Diagnose and repair faults in gas appliances and central heating systems
• Ensure all work complies with current gas safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and provide documentation to clients.
• Deliver excellent customer service, communicating effectively with tenants and landlords.
