Our client, a well-established organisation in Plymouth, is seeking a qualified-Gas Safe Plumber-to join their maintenance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced plumber with domestic gas qualifications to carry out repairs, servicing, and installation work across residential properties. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Service, repair, and install gas boilers and heating systems.
• Complete landlord gas safety inspections and certifications.
• Diagnose and resolve heating and hot water faults.
• Respond to planned and reactive maintenance works.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with Gas Safe regulations and company standards.
• Accurately complete job records and compliance documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working within occupied properties.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Gas Safe Registered.
• Relevant qualifications
• Previous experience in domestic plumbing and heating maintenance.
• Experience working within social housing or residential properties is desirable.
• Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
