This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business delivering essential maintenance and compliance services within a highly regulated environment.Your New RoleWe are looking for a technically capable and experienced Gas Responsible Person (GRP) to provide specialist gas safety leadership across a portfolio of sites in North Yorkshire.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring gas systems, networks and associated infrastructure are managed safely, efficiently and in full compliance with current legislation and industry standards.Your duties will include:Acting as the designated point of contact for gas-related technical matters.Ensuring compliance with Gas Safety Management Plans (GSMP) and statutory regulations.Providing technical support and guidance to maintenance teams and stakeholders.Reviewing and approving risk assessments, method statements and permits to work.Supporting safe systems of work and ensuring gas-related activities are carried out safely.Monitoring gas compliance performance and addressing any issues identified.Assessing competence and supporting the development of gas-skilled personnel.Collaborating with operational teams, contractors and stakeholders to maintain safe service delivery.Supporting gas-related projects ..... full job details .....
