Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established property maintenance company. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Gas Safe Qualified Multi Trader to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for a varied role combining gas, plumbing and general property maintenance, with excellent earning potential through optional overtime.

The Role

• Service, diagnose and repair domestic gas heating systems.
• Carry out a range of domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Complete general multi-trade works, including minor property repairs and making good.
• Carry out small plastering, carpentry and general maintenance tasks where required.
• Provide a professional and high standard of customer service in customers'' homes.
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Salary & Benefits

• -45,000 - -60,000 per annum, depending on experience and skill set.
• Optional overtime and weekend work available.
• Out-of-hours work paid at time and a half, door-to-door.
• Company van, fuel card, tools, PPE and uniform provided.
• Permanent, full-time position.

What We''re Looking For

• Experienced Gas Safe-qualified Multi Trader.
• Current ACS qualifications including CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1.
• Strong domestic gas servicing, fault-finding and repair experience.
• Good plumbing and general property maintenance skills.
• Experience carrying out basic multi-trade repairs and making good.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Successful applicants will be required to undergo a DBS check as part of the onboarding process.
