This is a great opportunity to join a busy, customer-focused team where safety, compliance and service delivery are key priorities. Your new role As Gas Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance across the gas service, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with relevant legislation and internal procedures. You will support and monitor a team of Gas Engineers, carry out on-site technical assessments, review performance against targets and take action where needed to maintain service standards. You will also be involved in managing customer feedback and complaints, supporting cost management and budget reconciliation, ensuring sufficient out-of-hours cover is in place and deputising for senior management when required.
