The Gas Installer is responsible for carrying out gas installation works in occupied and void properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard. This role delivers a responsive, resident-focused service across domestic gas installations, replacements, and associated works, maintaining accurate records and complying with all relevant gas safety requirements. What you''ll do Install, replace and commission domestic gas appliances and associated pipework in line with job instructions and specifications. Carry out works in occupied and void properties, ensuring minimal disruption to residents and customers. Diagnose faults, complete remedial works and report any additional repairs or safety concerns. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and within agreed timescales. Use handheld devices and job management systems to record work accurately and update job status.
