This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong planning, scheduling and administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational delivery by managing engineer schedules, coordinating works, liaising with customers and clients, and ensuring installation projects run efficiently from start to finish. Full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Allocate and schedule work for engineers, electricians and subcontractors. Manage and maintain daily engineer diaries. Run regular job status reports to monitor progress and identify opportunities for completion. Coordinate appointments and communicate with residents regarding upcoming works. Act as a point of contact for clients via telephone and email. Ensure all jobs are issued with the necessary information, materials and documentation.
