Gas Installation Planner

Location: South East England Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Gas Installation Planner to join a busy and growing installations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong planning, scheduling and administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational delivery by managing engineer schedules, coordinating works, liaising with customers and clients, and ensuring installation projects run efficiently from start to finish. Full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Allocate and schedule work for engineers, electricians and subcontractors. Manage and maintain daily engineer diaries. Run regular job status reports to monitor progress and identify opportunities for completion. Coordinate appointments and communicate with residents regarding upcoming works. Act as a point of contact for clients via telephone and email. Ensure all jobs are issued with the necessary information, materials and documentation. Check asbestos registers and arrange reports or surveys when required. Organise scaffolding and other site requirements where necessary. Update and distribute planned works schedules to clients. Chase outstanding order numbers and required documentation. Provide general administrative and operational support to the installations team.
