Gas Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Gas Engineer to join a housing association contract in Banbury, carrying out domestic gas repairs and maintenance across residential properties.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Gas Engineer looking for a long-term position, with the potential to move from temporary to permanent employment.The RoleAs a Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for:Carrying out domestic gas repairs and maintenance.Diagnosing and repairing gas and heating faults.Working across housing association properties.Wiring and connecting heating control panels.Completing work safely and to a high standard.Maintaining accurate paperwork and job records.Providing excellent customer service to residents.RequirementsThe successful Gas Engineer must have:Gas Safe registration.Relevant ACS qualifications.Experience carrying out domestic gas repairs.Experience with wiring heating controls/control panels.A full UK driving licence.Previous experience working in domestic properties.Good communication and customer service skills.The ability to work independently and manage a daily workload.Benefits 25 per hour via agency.Temporary to permanent opportunity. 46,000 per annum once permanent.Company van provided.Fuel provided.Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.Optional overtime available.If you are interested in this Gas engineer role then please call or email Seamus on (phone number removed) - (url removed) ..... full job details .....
