Gas Service Engineer Location: Sandwell Salary: 36,000 - 40,000 DOE No Call-Outs Van + Fuel Card Optional Overtime We are currently looking for an experienced Gas Service Engineer to work on a Social Housing contract for Sandwell Council. This is a great opportunity for a qualified Gas Engineer looking for a stable, local role with no call-out work. The contract covers a small 10-mile radius, keeping travel between jobs to a minimum. Key Responsibilities Carry out domestic gas servicing and maintenance Complete full strip and clean boiler services Fit CO2 and fire alarms Identify and report any faults or issues Complete paperwork and obtain customer signatures Work independently while maintaining a high standard of work Requirements Valid ACS Gas qualifications Minimum 3 years'' experience in a similar role Previous Social Housing experience Clean DBS Full UK clean manual driving licence Package 36,000 - 40,000 DOE Company van + fuel card Monday - Friday working No call-outs Optional overtime available Localised working area Long-term social housing contract ..... full job details .....
