As a Gas Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing heating systems within our Tenants properties, ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents. Day-to-Day of the Role:  Carry out Gas Servicing and Heating Breakdowns in customer homes following the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) regulations and Company standards. Perform planned maintenance checks on systems and equipment. Repair gas leaks and replace outdated gas system parts. Install and repair heating system pipework. Advise customers on gas safety and energy efficiency. Utilize a company-provided van and fuel card for travel to various locations.  Required Skills and Qualifications:  Essential gas qualifications including CCN1 (Core Gas Safety), CENWAT1 (Central Heating Boilers and Water Heaters), MET1 (Meters), CKR1 (Domestic Cookers), and HTR1 (Gas Fires and Wall Heaters).
