THE-ROLE:

Salary-&-Working-Area-

• Salary:40-45K-basic (DOE)
• Enhanced-rates-for-ECO-&-OOH
• OTE45k50K
• Area-of-work:--Portsmouth

Package-Overview:

• Carry-out-servicing-and-remedial-repairs-to-gas-fired-heating-boilers-within-occupied-and-unoccupied-properties.-
• To-meet-the-requirement-and-expectations-of-the-Client-or-his/her-representative-in-accordance-with-the-Clients-detailed-specification,-in-a-timely-fashion-and-in-compliance-with-current-gas-legislation.
• 45-hours-per-week
• Call-out-rota:-1-in 6 days
• Life assurance
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays - rises by1 day each year of service to a maximum of 33

• Analyser,-uniform,-phone-and-PPE-all-provided

Requirements:

• Minimum-of 5 years-qualified-in-Gas
• Previous-Social-Housing-experience
• Full-relevant-ACS-including-CKR1-and-HTR1
• Availability-Monday-Friday
• Clean-DBS
• Clean-Driving-License-(preferred)
