PAYE Service & Breakdown Gas Engineer

Location: Slough, Reading & surrounding areas (occasional work in HP postcodes)
Salary: -40,000 Basic
Job Type: Permanent, PAYE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service & Breakdown Gas Engineer to join a well-established team covering Slough, Reading, and the surrounding areas. The Role:

As a Service & Breakdown Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing faults, and repairing domestic gas appliances and heating systems within social housing properties. You will deliver a high standard of workmanship while providing excellent customer service to tenants.

Package:

• -40,000 basic salary
• Permanent PAYE position
• 45-hour working week
• 1 in 4 call-out rota
• 29 days annual leave including bank holidays
• Annual leave increases by 1 day for every 2 years of service

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Minimum of 10 years'' post-qualification experience as a Gas Engineer
• Previous experience working within the social housing sector
• Full, up-to-date ACS qualifications
• A clean DBS check
• Checkable employment references
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
